You can customize the user interface to your requirements using the application preferences dialog accessible from the Tools menu.
Allow Retrive Orders
Menus & Toolbar's
Show Security Menu Show or hide the main security menu.
Show Help Menu Show or hide the help menu.
Show History Menu Show or hide the history sub menu.
Show Orders Menu Show or hide the orders menu.
Show Jobs Context Menu Show or hide the jobs sub menu in right click menu on the jobs window.
Show Samples Menu Item Show or hide the menu item for accessing the sample files.
Show Orders Context Menu Show or hide the orders sub menu in right click menu on the jobs window.
Show Website Link Show or hide the menu item for accessing the Order Importer web site.
Show About Menu Item Show or hide the menu item for accessing the about dialog.
Show Help Contents Menu Item Show or hide the menu item for accessing the help contents.
Show Toolbar Show or hide the main tool bar.
Orders
Allow Retrieve Orders Allow or Disallow manual retrieval of orders, this does not affect any scheduled events.
Allow Save To Sage Allow or Disallow manually saving to sage, this does not affect any scheduled events.
Allow Edit Orders Allow or Disallow editing orders and their content using the application.
Allow Delete Orders Allow or Disallow deleting orders and their content using the application.
Allow Manual Imports Allow or Disallow manually importing orders from files.
Allow Change Customer/Order ID Allow or Disallow changing CustomerIDs and OrderIDst using the application.
Jobs
Allow New Jobs Allow or Disallow creating new jobs.
Allow Edit Jobs Allow or Disallow editing jobs.
Allow Delete Jobs Allow or Disallow deleting jobs.
Allow Import Jobs Allow or Disallow importing new jobs.
