Regardless if you are a trial user or a registered user please direct all support queries to the official support area on our website unless instructed otherwise:
We will endeavor to respond to any support queries within 2 working days but typically we will response the same day depending the time of day you post your question. By "Working days" we mean Monday to Friday, if you post a question at 5:00 PM of a Friday you may not receive a response till the following Tuesday, although its more than likely to be the Monday.
We offer the same level of support to our trial users as we provide our registered users, the only difference is when we are very busy, we will give priority to any support request made by a registered user.
